Refreshing take on health

I think it’s great to have medical professionals honest take on what we could all be doing better to prevent health problems instead of reacting after the issue is more permanent and long-lasting! We need a new perspective on western medicine that also isn’t bashing a system that is truly helpful for many people in the right context!
